Quorum Celebrates Asian and Pacific Islander Cultural Diversity with Global Event

The Quorum Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DE&I) Committee recently hosted a global virtual event to celebrate Asian and Pacific Islander (API) cultural diversity. Several employees of API heritage from around the world shared their personal stories, favorite foods and traditions. More than 100 participants then joined in the fun with a virtual game featuring trivia about history, geography, and customs across many API cultures.

“We are truly a global business – our customers, partners, employees, so it’s vital that we try to understand where everyone is coming from, including their cultural values and roots,” said Senior Director of Global Staffing Manpreet Singh Monga, who kicked off the event with meaningful comments. “We should learn and grow together. It’s so critical that we have these opportunities like this event where we can share our experiences and truly live our values.”
