As President of Quorum Software, Paul Langenbahn is responsible for worldwide customer-facing operations. Paul has over 25 years of experience leading large, vertical software and technology businesses. Most recently, he was the executive vice president and president of the commerce business unit of NCR Corporation (NCR), a global enterprise technology provider for the financial, retail, and hospitality industries. Prior to NCR, Paul served as the executive vice president and president of the hospitality division of Radiant Systems (Radiant) from 2007 until the company’s successful sale to NCR in 2011. Paul held several senior leadership roles in sales, channel management, and professional services throughout his 25 years with Radiant and NCR.

Clay Myers
As Chief Financial Officer at Quorum, Clay Myers is responsible for leading the company’s accounting and finance organization. Myers brings to Quorum more than 25 years of financial and operational leadership experience in the technology sector. Prior to Quorum, he spent six years in finance and operations roles at One Technologies, a provider of digital products and services in the consumer analytics arena. Myers also served as executive vice president and chief financial officer at telecommunications provider HyperCube LLC. Under his leadership, the company achieved CAGR above 34% over six years and was acquired in 2012. Myers is a CPA and holds a BBA in Accounting from the University of Texas at Austin.

Tyson Greer
As Chief Strategy Officer at Quorum Software, Tyson Greer leads M&A and assists with shaping the company’s long-term vision. With over 20 years of leadership in technology and energy, Tyson combines deep industry knowledge with a passion for leveraging technology to address complex challenges and unlock new opportunities. Tyson has led strategy at Quorum for over ten years in addition to serving as Chief Product Officer from 2020 to 2024 and Chief Product & Technology Officer from 2016 to 2019. During that time, he led the transformation of Quorum’s product portfolio from technology led services to a global leader in energy software. Tyson holds a BS in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Mississippi State University.

Lindsey Herndon Goodgion
Lindsey Herndon Goodgion is Chief Sales Officer for Quorum. In this role, Mrs. Goodgion is responsible for all sales, account management, and commercial activities worldwide. With 15 years of oil and gas industry experience, Mrs. Goodgion has held a variety of roles within Quorum including key roles in Client Delivery and Product Support. Mrs. Goodgion holds a BA from the University of Texas at Austin and an MBA from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin.

Tom Lacy
Tom Lacy is the Executive Vice President of Engineering at Quorum, where he oversees the development of all Quorum’s products. Lacy brings over two decades of software development leadership experience to Quorum. Most recently, he was the vice president of engineering at Bazaarvoice, a $200M SaaS company focused on consumer-generated content solutions for leading retail brands. Before that, Lacy led engineering and quality assurance teams at Convio, a leading provider of digital solutions to help nonprofits engage supporters in a faster, more effective manner. Lacy holds a Masters in Geography and Cartography from Texas State University.

Kyle Priest
As Executive Vice President & Chief Marketing Officer of Quorum Software, Kyle is focused on driving customer- and employee-centric digital transformation. Kyle has over 25 years of experience leading go-to-market growth planning for technology companies. Most recently, he served as the Chief Growth Officer at FPX, a B2B Selling Cloud for manufacturers delivering configurable offerings across multiple verticals. Prior to FPX, Kyle served as the Chief Marketing Officer at Solera, a global leader in data, applications, and services for insurance and automotive customers. Kyle also served as the General Manager & Senior Vice President at SapientRazorfish and founded The Priest Group, an outsourced CMO services company supporting high tech and digital businesses. He grew The Priest Group 40 percent year-over-year from inception until he sold to Crown Partners in 2010. Kyle has a bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, and communications from Butler University.

Jan Manning is Quorum Software’s Chief Information Officer and Executive Vice President of Information Technology. She brings more than 25 years’ experience in the Information Technology and Corporate Security fields at companies such as Forescout Technologies, Datascan, Hexis Cyber Solutions, and Gemalto-SafeNet, Inc. Manning is focused on partnering with the business to improve the core operations, increase revenue opportunities, and decreasing excess costs by establishing an IT strategy and execution that supports the goals of the corporation. Manning is passionate about supporting the STEM and DCAC programs in Dallas and supports deployed military and their families via the Soldiers’ Angels program. Manning earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Computer Science from the University of Maryland Global Campus.

Prior to Bazaarvoice, Jemima led operations and planning teams in the telecom sector at both Avaya and Lucent Technologies. Jemima has an MBA from the Thunderbird School of Global Management and a Bachelor of the Arts in European business and languages from the University of Central Lancashire, UK.
