How Quorum is Supporting Customers Remotely

We are in an unprecedented time, and I know that each of your organizations, as well as Quorum, are assessing what will be our new “normal” for the foreseeable weeks and beyond. Quorum has been hard at work reviewing and updating our business continuity plan, including our ability to support each of you remotely. As a result of these updates and to ensure the safety of our employees and their families, we have moved to a work-from-home policy effective immediately.

The ability to work remotely is key to our operations, and I want to ensure you that Quorum employees have the technology and tools required to access Quorum and customer resources securely. We have spent the past several days validating this connectivity. Based on this evaluation, we have a high degree of confidence in our ability to operate remotely and expect to maintain our current capacity to support our customers.

Employee wellbeing and customer success are fundamental to our core values. Quorum is confident that we will maintain our high standards for both, and we will continue to monitor the situation closely and communicate updates regularly.
