Introducing the Quorum Partner Program: Why We Built it and How it’s Saving Our Customers Money

We’ve said it before, and we’ll say it again: success revolves around an open strategy. Why? Simply put, an open strategy unlocks doors for us to connect our core products with companies that add additional value.

Oil and gas software systems are most valuable when customers have a unified data source to work from, regardless of where they sit in their organizations.

Alternatively, in a closed system, innovation stalls. Thinking big becomes more difficult when you’re not able to adapt to changing organizational priorities and market trends.  

That’s why we launched the Quorum Partner Program, an interconnected network of experienced organizations that advise, sell, deploy, and operate Quorum’s market-leading software.  

Why We Built a Partner Program

Quorum’s Partner Program enables us to connect with companies that deliver additional value to our customers. We’ve developed four different categories for partners to choose from so that they’re entering the program at a tier that aligns with their unique offering, business objectives and strategy. These categories include: System Integrator, Outsourced Services/BPO, Technology Partner, and Industry Partner.

We have the System Integrator Partner path for those firms looking to implement, support, and expand upon Quorum’s software portfolio for their energy clients. The Outsourced Services/BPO Partner track allows companies to provide their clients with a proven software stack capable of scaling from start up to super major all while adding their services around it. Technology Partners help enhance Quorum’s software offering, drive product innovation, and improve the overall customer experience. Finally, there are Industry Partners who are able link their existing energy offerings with Quorum’s purpose-built solutions in a variety of formats through either field equipment, hardware, or through white labeling.

For Partners: The Quorum Partner Program has various levels of membership with different benefits and requirements.

Partners get access to exclusive benefits including having dedicated account management, participation in private events, marketing collateral, and exclusive product and corporate updates in advance of the general public. In addition to these, partners also have access to promotions and joint-marketing engagements allowing them to enhance their brand and their client opportunities.

Working with other industry experts, we have helped customers enhance various processes, including change management, acquisition integrations, software optimization, and software implementation/upgrades. Because of our willingness to collaborate with partners, our customers are able to quickly adapt to the rapidly changing oil and gas marketplace, helping them stay agile as the market moves at a blistering pace.

And as we continue to see ongoing technology adoption in our industry, we must have a mindset in place where we can call on partners and take advantage of trends as they unfold.

Putting ourselves in the customers’ shoes, as with everything we do, we asked ourselves: “As a customer, would I want to make my technology investment with someone that claims to solve every problem that exists, or would I want to take the best pieces of software and integrate them with my current vendors?” We’re committing to the latter.
