What is customer-centricity? At Quorum Software, this is putting our customers first by delivering products with long-lasting value. This value is not defined by Quorum, but by our customers. Through platforms like our user group conferences, Qnections and Qnect On Demand, and the Customer Advisory Boards (CAB), we partner with our users to shape the product roadmap to align with their oil and gas software needs. 

We’re excited to expand this collaborative partnership with the launch of a new tool, UserVoice.

What is UserVoice?

UserVoice is a product feedback management platform that Quorum launched in June 2020. It simplifies the collaboration process and provides a single source of truth for customer feedback.

Customers can submit ideas, search, vote, and comment on existing ideas – and stay up to date on its progress. All of this activity is immediately visible to Quorum’s product team, the requesting customer, and anyone else interested in that functionality. This puts the power in the hands of our users and allows us to make data-driven decisions to deliver maximum impact.
