Crowheart Energy was founded in 2017 to supply domestic energy safely and efficiently. The upstream oil and gas company is focused on the acquisition and development of operated assets in Wyoming’s Wamsutter Field, including 1.3 million acres and 3,500 operating wells. When they closed on this acquisition, they received more than a thousand boxes of paper and millions of files consisting of historical legacy information that needed to be digitized and organized, requiring a significant time investment.

  • “Smart Search” Technology: Locate information quickly, efficiently and accurately by narrowing search results to attributes, document tags or key phrases.
  • Document Level Security: Enables document and information sharing with third parties for Acquisitions & Divestitures (A&D), owner relations, and joint ventures while reducing risk and decreasing file duplication.
  • Streamline A&D Processes: Quickly classifies unstructured information received during acquisitions and makes the data fully searchable so new asset information can be on-boarded at least 30-60% faster compared to manual processes. When assets are ready for sale, “two click” security settings enable only select access to turn on your own smart virtual data room.
