To deliver on this commitment, we’ve introduced new resources and technologies that give customers faster access to the information and support they need. We’ve expanded the Quorum Knowledge Base, a centralized library of how-to documents, training resources, and best practices accessible in Salesforce. This puts practical answers in customers’ hands the moment they need them, eliminating delays and enabling quicker, more confident use of our solutions.

This year, we’ve also launched QAI, a real-time, AI-driven support assistant embedded first in Upstream On Demand Land with plans for future expansion across the Quorum Energy Suite. QAI provides instant access to knowledge, guided workflows, and self-help tools, while personalizing recommendations based on user interactions. Integrated with Salesforce, it streamlines support ticket submissions and is available 24/7, ensuring customers can make informed decisions without waiting for business hours. Together, these improvements are helping customers resolve issues faster, anticipate challenges before they impact operations, and make smarter technology investments—evolving platforms to meet today’s needs while preparing for tomorrow’s.

Learning That Drives Results

Building on faster access to support and resources, we know that customer success also depends on deep product knowledge. We’ve expanded opportunities to learn through Quorum University, on-demand webinars, and dedicated training sessions.

We’re also creating spaces for customers to directly influence our solutions. Customer events like our global Qnections and Qnect series build relationships while sparking idea sharing.
